Jazz it up like they did in the 80's with this retro women's 80's Pop Tart fancy dress Costume.

The costume includes a black sleeveless dress which has a multi layered skirt with colourful trim on the layers.
Length of dress is 25" / 63.5 cm from under arm to hem.
The yellow neon top with pink detailing around the collar and cuffs sets the dress of nicely. To finish off the costume a bright pink headband is also included.
