You can return your purchase for a refund within 14 days from receipt of goods
We are unable to offer refund or exchange items if -
- the item has been used; show signs of wear and tear; damage; alterations or repairs
- the item is not in the original packaging; original box (includes shoe box); or the packaging is damaged
- the item is missing the original tag or tag is damaged
- the item is missing or has damaged parts
Due to hygiene reason the following items are not able to be refunded or exchanged –

- Wigs and Wig Caps
- Contact Lenses
- Socks; Tights
Refund or Exchange also unavailable on –
- Special Orders
- Mascot Costumes
- Inflatable Costumes
Postage on refunds and returns will be at the expense of the customer unless the product was faulty through no fault of the buyer. We do not accept responsibility for lost items.
