Secret Identity Costume Hire ships all products and items ordered through our website using Star Track or Australia Post. All items are posted the same, or next day after your payment has cleared, which means most orders will get to you quickly. As our products are housed in warehouses around Australia, if you order multiple items they may arrive separately from one another and delivery times may vary.

To ensure your order arrives safely and securely we recommend that the address you specify will have someone available during business hours to accept delivery. No responsibility will be taken for parcels that are left unattended.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 per order.


Delivery Terms

  1. We pack and ship orders each business day. Your order will be shipped the next business day, if not earlier. Please note: that during peak periods (for e.g. Book Week, Halloween and Christmas) extra days may be required to pick and pack your orders. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier, weather or other state of emergency.
  2. ‚ÄčA tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched.
  3. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
  4. All orders are sent by express freight where possible. 
  5. We use only reputable delivery companies (StarTrack & Australia Post), however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
  6. To ensure your order arrives safely and securely ensure someone will be available to accept the delivery. We do not accept responsibility for parcels left unattended when you have given us Authority to Leave.
  7. Missing or non delivered parcels need to be reported to us promptly. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only. You need to contact us to arrange redelivery within 14 days of dispatch, after which the refund will be processed automatically.
